Explanations:
The single most important ranking factor is the
refund rate history. We use and show three numbers for this, each in per cent
(%):
 The 6-month moving
average.
The refund rate for the last half
month.
The Composite Index, which is
composed of 60% of the current refund rate plus 40% of the 6-month moving
average. This is the one to
watch.
The
Composite Index is like a golf score; the lower, the better!
-- And it tells you how well (or how poorly!) the player is
doing!
Please note:
1. Beginning January 1, 2011 we will be
updating these rankings quarterly, on the 5th day of the first month in each calendar
quarter. (January, April, July, October)
