When we visited this site, we found that most of its links are to sites which are safe or have only minor safety/annoyance issues..

Visiting the URL gets an error message:

Apparently the page has been taken down.

Additional Information: At the answers.yahoo.com site I found reference to the same complaint, indicating that it happened one year ago. Also I found two additional complaints dated 2 December, 2005 (23 months ago) and 15 March, 2006 (19 months ago) that appear to have been about whether or not Top Online Surveys or ClickBank were  members of BBB (the Better Business Bureau).

There was an answer to each posted by Top Online Surveys, which seemed reasonable. The answer indicated that TOS was 2 1/2 years old as of 2 December 2005, which would mean that they have now been in business for about 4 1/2 years.

There was a BBB report on ClickBank giving their basic info and one on Top Online Surveys saying that the BBB had no info about them or complaints against them.

Survey Sentinel commentary: The commentaries reported above are generally very positive. The three (which are maybe really just one) negative user reviews have no details and were apparently submitted over a year ago.  Anyone can make a complaint, for any reason.

This one seems to have been resolved - it appears to have gone away. We could find nothing negative on the Internet about them in the last year, and such older complaints as we could find seem to have been resolved

Altogether this is an excellent report. There seems to be nothing significant against Top Online Surveys posted online.  And their current clients are giving them extremely high marks recently, a very positive sign.

We conclude that NO, Top Online Surveys is not a scam, they are O.K. They appear to be one of the best paid survey sites to be found anywhere!
